## How the booking works

## Vehicles and capacity
The listing offers five vehicles: a luxury 7-seater, and comfy 10-, 14-, 21- and 30-seaters. The luxury 7-seater is described as a Toyota Alphard or equivalent for five or six passengers with four 24-inch bags; the 10- and 14-seaters use a Toyota Hiace or equivalent; the 21-seater is a Toyota Coaster or equivalent; the 30-seater is a medium bus.
## Hours and overtime
A charter day is 10 hours for 7- to 14-seat vehicles and 9 hours for larger ones, starting as early as 8:00 and ending by 22:00. Overtime is paid on site at 5,000 JPY per hour for 7 to 14 seats, 10,000 JPY for 21 seats and 12,000 JPY for 30 seats.
## Language and limits
The driver language is Chinese or Japanese, and the driver does not accompany passengers into sites. Free cancellation applies up to 3 days before the date.
